Warranty Conditions

• The product has manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, fabric flaws/holes).

• Proof of purchase must be provided (receipt or order confirmation email).

• The product must remain in new condition, unused, and unwashed.

Customers may request a product exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item if the product is defective or does not match the order.

Eligible for Claim :

• The product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing.

• The product received is incorrect in product, color, or size compared to the order.

• The product does not match the description on the website.

Not Eligible for Claim :

• The product has been used or washed.

Claim Procedure :

• Contact our customer service team via email / LINE.

• Provide proof of purchase along with photos of the defective product.

• Wait for approval from our team (within 35 business days).

• Return the product to the designated address.

• Once inspected, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund according to the policy.
